I live and have an office in Washington State. I work as a consultant and receive a 1099-NEC from a company in Michigan. On occasion, I am dispatched by the Michigan company to locations in Oregon and receive payment from the Michigan company. I am not paid by any businesses in Oregon. Do I have to complete an Oregon income tax return?
