If I recall (I filed a while ago), I did the following (desktop version of TT, not the online version):
Select the Wages & Income tab, I'll Choose What I Work On
Select the Misc Income, 1099A, 1099c, at the bottom of the page and start the entry
Select the Other Reportable Income at the bottom of the page and start the entry
Add your item with a description and the amount $0.
Verify that Schedule 1 now appears in your included forms list and that you see your description and $0 on it.
