Hi TurboTax Support,
I'm encountering a bug in the "Other Income" section where it says:
Required: double-click to select the form on which to report this income
However, the field is just a plain text box — double-clicking does nothing. It appears that the UI is expecting a form selection popup, but it doesn’t trigger, making it impossible to proceed or assign the $606.31 to the correct schedule.
I've tried:
Double-clicking with both mouse and trackpad
Using a different browser
Clearing cache and cookies
None resolved the issue. This seems like a UI bug that breaks the workflow.
Please advise or escalate this to engineering.
