@fredj4 not sure what your question is but if you have this situation and don't have too many sales with adjustments (wash sales, AMD or noncovered categories), you can enter these items as "one by one" in TT with the details, the input screen will have the same boxes 1f etc as the 1099-B.
This will put these items on Form 8949 in your return and there will not be any need to mail the IRS.
The balance of the 1099-B can be entered as a simple sales summary with no adjustment and it will all be consolidated on Schedule D.
If you already filed and it's a question how to mail the IRS you can send the 1099B with Form 8453 and check "Form 8949, Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets (or a statement with the same information)" as the 1099B would constitute the "statement with the same information".
