Hi, Your suggestions did not seem to work. I do not see any magnifying glass when I hover on the worksheet. When I clicked on the offending transaction in the investment section, the program ignored me and just went on to the next topic. As you can see below, the entry in mine is a bit distorted. It says "Needs" not "Needs Review" as it does in your sample screenshot. 

I filed my taxes on Friday. They seem to have gone through. I hope the phantom entry doesn't cause a problem with the IRS.

I have tried to send you my TT file twice but both seem to have failed in the email. I get regular notices from Gmail about something being "delayed." I just sent it a third time.
