Re: We arrived in the US in 2024 under L1A visa. My daughter does not have a SSN, and does not have an ITIN yet. Can I file W7 for the ITIN at the same time I file my return?

Along with the W-7 you have to submit multiple documents. Mail those along with your tax return.
