You said to mail in the form M 1310 with the return. Turbotax says I can electronically file my Uncles return who passed away. I assume I send in the M 1310 separately but the electronic filing will be processed before the M 1310 is received I would assume.
There are no online instructions for the form which is frustrating as well. Thank you
