Help with allocating 1095-A policy with non-dependent daughter

I received two Form 1095-A documents for 2024. Both list me and my spouse as recipients.

  • Form 1: Lists me, my spouse, and our dependent daughter as covered individuals.

  • Form 2: Lists me and my spouse as recipients, but the only covered individual is our non-dependent daughter, who filed her own tax return.

Each form has a different policy number, but we paid 100% of the premiums for both policies.

The 1095-A for our non-dependent daughter (Form 2) reports the following monthly amounts:

  • Premium: $452.56

  • SLCSP: $2,135.93

  • APTC: $125.80

The 1095-A for the rest of the family (Form 1) reports:

  • Premium: $1,716.32

  • SLCSP: $2,135.93

  • APTC: $772.93

My questions:

  1. Since we paid the entire premiums for both policies, can I claim 100% of the premium for both 1095-As when completing Form 8962?

  2. For the 1095-A related to our non-dependent daughter, what should I enter for the SLCSP percentage and Advanced PTC percentage on Form 8962?

Thanks in advance for any help!!
