hi so this is what I was trying to fill. This figure would be from line 15, not 39 or 40. But my W2 form lists state wages in Box 16 and Wages in Box 1. So my question is do I enter box 1 or box 16 figure. Because money was directed to 403B plans, the amount in box 16 is higher than the amount in Box 1. thank you again for your time with this.
