2024 TurboTax Premier Desktop Integration with Wells Fargo or Wells Fargo Advisors. TURBOTAX TECH SUPPORT ESCALATION
Dear Community of "Experts:"
Do any of you know how to escalate a support issue to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support inside of Intuit TurboTax?
As you can see from other posts in the forum, the WF integration is broken.
Many of us have followed the "expert advice."
I myself have actually connected as late as this morning with another provider that uses the integration (Stripe) and connected it flawlessly to WF. This issue is on Turbotax. It's not a browser issue, it's not a cache issue, it's not a cookie issue, it's not a wrong user ID/password issue, it's not a desktop version update issue. It's BROKEN. It needs escalation inside of TT to fix this and issue the fix ASAP.
Manually updating information from a bank/wealth advisor is NOT an option is cuts against the very reason to use a digital/software tax provider.
If the issue cannot be fixed in the desktop version, then TT needs to allow anyone trying to do this, to access their TT online version FREE OF CHARGE. I've already paid for the personal premier, paid for the business tax desktop and pay to have yearly downloads. WE SHOULD NOT PAY FOR ANOTHER VERSION BECAUSE TT HASN'T FIXED THIS.
Please do not post the same "solutions" that are posted in the attached link and surely do not suggest that manually doing this is an option.
