Here's how to delete form 8615:

1. Open your return, if it's not already open (Please ensure you have gone past the orange, Take me to my return button).
   
2. Click on "My Account" on the top of the screen, then click on "Tools".
3. Go to "Delete a Form", from here scroll down until you find Form 8615, click delete next to it and confirm the delete.
