- Log in to TurboTax and open your current tax return.
- In the left side menu, select "Switch Products"
- Choose "Downgrade" to switch to the Free Edition
Clear and Start Over:
- You can also downgrade your product without erasing all your info.:
- Go to the left-side menu, select "Tax Tools," then "Clear & Start Over".
- Confirm by selecting "Yes" in the pop-up
