Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I just visited that screen in TurboTax Premier, and didn't see a pre-checked box; I also didn't find any recent reports about this screen.

 

Try these troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Check your internet connection. Hardwired connections work best.
  • Try exiting TurboTax, restarting your device and starting TurboTax again.
  • Try using a different browser. Chrome usually works well.
  • Try clearing your cache and cookies.
