Error when attempting to pay to e-file fee for State ($25) and Download an additional State ($45)
I am getting the "Hmm.... it looks like we've hit a slight snag" error message when attempting to efile my State. It look like the TurboTax Desktop account is not linking to my credit card stored in my intuit account and I am logged on. I have used TurboTax for 20+ years and have never experienced this before.
Get the exact same error message when attempting to dowload a second State tax file.
My credit card data is correct and I have tried rebooting my laptop and signing out and back into my Intuit Account
