Get your taxes done using TurboTax

To enter TurboTax Online, follow these steps:

1. Click Wages & Income
2. Click Rental Properties & Royalties
3. Answer Interview questions until you get to "What type of rental is this property?"
4. Select Show More and Click Other
5. Enter multi-family dwelling for type
6. Select the rented part of your home selection
7. Continue until you get to "Want us to divide the rental-related portion.", Select Yes, I will enter total amounts and let TurboTax do the math
8. Enter Area of home rented %
