If you are preparing a Federal and Connecticut return in TurboTax, enter the income in the Federal return use the Connecticut interview to guide you through the entries for any state adjustments. If amounts were withheld for CT state taxes and you entered them in the Federal return, the amounts will automatically flow through to Line 18 in CT return.
