If your problem is that the window is too big and won't let you continue, the answer is find a way to shrink the window. I wasted an hour and a half searching and agonizing over this. Calling TurboTax was no help. 45 minute wait. call back was dead air. Finally figured out to go to settings and shrink the type. Worked for me. Good luck.
