I completed my taxes and waited a few days before submitting (so I don't recall what the screen said and assumed I would be prompted upon completion). On form 1040 line 23 says I owe a penalty. Is that amount included in the amount I have already paid to the IRS when I submitted/paid? Also, form 2210 was not in the forms that I downloaded from TurboTax. Does that have to be filled out manually? I assumed if I needed to do anything else, there would be a reminder in TurboTax. My taxes are aleady accepted by the IRS.
