Please try to go back to the retirement interview and delete an reenter the Form 1099-R and see if this will resolve your error:
- Click on "Search" on the top right and type “1099-R”
- Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
- Delete the Form 1099-R, reenter it, and go through all follow-up questions
