That's insanely stupid--I can't use the program, I'm out nearly 35 bucks. I just didn't think to see if it said "32-bit". I should have known based on experiencing the nasty attitude with the W98/XP. I studied HR's product packaging, went to their website, it said nothing about 32 or 64 bit; but it said "requirements Windows 7, 8, 10, 11"---I was pretty sure it would work. It works fine. Cost me another 29 bucks, but much cheaper than Turbotax 2024!

If I can find a phone number to reach a real person I may call turbotax Monday and see if THEY can restore the license code. But I bet there's no way to reach an actual person...
