Get your taxes done using TurboTax

All right, the 2024 tax software is installed on my Windows 10/32-bit machine, and seems to be working fine.  Except it's not importing last year's Turbotax file--last year I used Turbotax 2022.  And it's refusing to import that year.  Inconvenience, not fatal.  I have so little income it's just a matter of entering everything from scratch.  But I'm very grateful to be running the 2024 tax program without being forced to buy a new computer (which I wouldn't be able to do).

One reason for NOT using the "online turbotax program", I have no idea who would have access to my identity--it's bad enough we are forced to swallow REAL-ID, no more Fourth Amendment (we're under surveillance globally), no more Tenth Amendment, planet-wide risk of identity theft.  Can't cash checks, do banking or anything, "cannot buy or sell without the Real-ID".  Shouldn't be allowed.

When I downloaded Turbotax2023 I had to give a registration code--does anyone know how I can disengage the registration code so the software can be sold to someone else (who has a 64-bit OS)?

Thanx for everyone's help!

(BTW, to get the tax program to install and run on my 32-bit machine, I didn't use Intuit's product.  If I get my taxes done successfully, I may just throw a block party!)
