What do you mean by ''without review''? If you have entries that say Needs Review and you have already verified the information is correct, you can continue to file. The Needs Review message does not prevent e-filing. Before you file, a Complete Check review is ran, so you can ignore the Needs Review messages you see while you are preparing the return.
