Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Thank you Linda. Your information is helpful, but not particularly explanatory, nor reassuring to those of us who would like to know if this is a software glitch that TurboTax is aware of. I appreciate your providing a workaround but it would be helpful to know if this is somehow a user error, or a problem with our banks or brokerages. Judging by the different financials institutions listed by others in this forum, it would seem that the problem lies with TurboTax. If so, those of us who have TurboTax accounts should be receiving emails from you, informing us of the possible hiccup and these workarounds. I'm going to go back to the YES or NO section as was suggested by another user and select NO and try again. Still, this is very frustrating and sadly, another ding against using TurboTax in the future. It doesn't seem as though you guys can promptly fix your own bugs, and the company seems less-than-forthcoming when there is an obvious glitch. It would be reassuring to learn that TurboTax is aware of the problem and a fix is being attempted. I could live with that. As is, TurboTax seems like a service provider that just doesn't care.
