!099R Payer changed. Turbotax is asking the question when I enter the new payer If i received disbursements prior to this year

I have a pension that I have been receiving payment from for a few years and the company servicing that changed in 2024.  When I enter the 1099R from the new company Turbo Tax asks if this is the first time I received payment from this company was in 2024.  To which I would expect the answer to be Yes (this is a new  company), But I am wondering if it is trying to get at whether or not this is a new pension that  i am receiving payments from which the answer would be No this is an existing pension.  So I am confused about how to answer.  Thoughts?
