You may want to delete it and re-enter it. There are 3 different entry spots for 1099-G. You should be using the one labeled Unemployment if your form is for paid family leave.

If the income is in:

Box 1 - 1099-G for unemployment or paid family leave
Box 2 - 1099-G for a state or local refund
