#5 - The program is right to ask you if you received a 1095-A, because if you did, you have to enter it. Otherwise, just answer No, because the 1095-B and 1095-C forms are not entered into TurboTax.
#6 - The amount of your annuity from the OPM IS the RMD. Qualified plans are structured that way, so that your pension distribution always includes the RMD. When asked, just say that the distribution includes the RMD.
