Follow these steps to enter each of your 1099-S forms (note there are differences in the words and pictures between programs):

Locate federal income
Select investment income for Stocks, Bonds, Other
Select second home / 1099-S
Enter information
Select that you inherited the home
Enter your 1099S for the proceeds.
Enter the fair market value.
Another screen asks about sales expenses.
Add your next form and repeat the steps until done.
