Something is not right. Options are:
- one form is a regular w2 and one is corrected w2. Only the corrected should be entered.
- You should have a federal copy B, a state copy and a copy for you, that makes 3 copies. Only one copy is entered.
- your only income is showing in box 12 and it is not taxable and should not be entered. See Is short term disability taxable? - TurboTax Support - Intuit
If none of these, then you need to contact the company and determine how to get one usable w2.
