1095-A

My grandson received a 1095-A just yesterday April 2,2025. He had no income for 2024 and was used as a dependent by my son (his father) on his tax return. My son submitted his return on March 27, 2025 but it kept getting rejected because it said someone was on the ACA in 2024. My son knowing that he had never had ACA insurance and my grandson had never had it either he certified that he had not received a 1095-A. It was accepted but my son called the marketplace and they did a search for his social and my grandson's social and it came back that my grandson had an account that he did not sign up for. My son reported to them that this was fraudulent and they said they would send it to their fraud department for investigation. Then on April 2, 2025 my grandson received a 1095-A in the mail. So my question is what to do about my sons tax return and does my grandson have to file a tax return now even though he had no income and this marketplace account is fraudulent? I don't want to amend my sons return and lessen his refund by submitting an 8962 form based on a fraudulent marketplace account.
