You can prepare your returns as much as you can with the information you have and see what ES forms are generated in the system. Most people in your situation will do that, and then estimate what else they are getting to get a closer estimate for the vouchers. Once your return is officially prepared, you can compare what you sent versus what you should have sent an send the difference in with the next payment.
