Are you getting error code 2? If so, and you have attached ANYTHING to the tax file, try reducing the file size. My theory is that their server is set up with a receive time limit (time it takes to receive the data) and any files that exceed that allotted time, be it larger file or slow internet service on your end, error code two pops.
