If I need to file an extension for 2018 taxes, will Turbotax be able to generate 1040 ES and CA540 ES forms for 1st quarter 2019?

Since I don't have all info necessary to complete my 2018 taxes, I need to file for an extension.  But how do I determine estimated payments for first quarter 2019, 1040 ES for federal and 540 ES for California, which are due 4/15/19?
