My twins live with me full time. They spend every other Saturday and half Sunday with their dad. We agreed when the twins were born that I would claim one and he would claim the other. He has never had them longer than a day and a half. He wants me to sign a 8338. I don't feel comfortable signing the form because the form states that the noncustodial parent spend half the time with him. Please please advise.
