"It looks like we hit a snag"
Every time I close my Turbo tax I get the above message. I searched the community and It's not about a particular item. I have all updates, cleared my cache and cookies. I have a Mac Desktop. I bought my software from Costco and loaded it from Intuit on line.
How do I stop this pop up?
