If you need to upgrade or downgrade to another Turbo Tax Product see below:
Follow these steps to upgrade to a different TurboTax Online product:
- Open your tax return if you haven't already.
- Select Switch Products from the left menu, then Upgrade.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Follow these steps to downgrade to a different TurboTax Online product:
- Open your return if you haven't already.
- In the left menu, select Switch Products.
- Select Downgrade.
