Turbotax took my money I can't even file

I bought this product to file a joint return with my spouse, but my filing was rejected. We found out that we cannot file jointly because my spouse was listed as a dependent on their family’s tax documents. However, Turbotax had already charged me for the service.

 

Since I paid for a service I cannot use, I wanted to request a refund. However, despite calling your call center multiple times over the past week and submitting a cancel/refund request through your website, I have not received any response.

 

It feels like you expect me to beg for a refund for a service I never received, which is completely unacceptable. I would like to know what happened to the 60-day money-back guarantee you promise on your website.

 

Additionally, since April 15 is the tax deadline, I need my refund processed as quickly as possible.

 

I am extremely disappointed with how Turbotax has handled this, and none of your customer service representatives have been able to assist me. I kindly request a refund for my purchase without further delay
