Working on my 2024 Tax return and have a question. Any help is appreicated.
Live in VA, but acquired a a rental property in FL in 2024. I included my FL rental income in the Federal Tax Return.
TurboTax said I need to file State tax in FL as well, so bought additional STATE return for FL.
When i start FL return, it says "Your 2025 Flordia Return", Shouldn't it say 2024 Return?
Do I have to file Form DR-405? (Tangible Personal Property Tax)
