I have the exact same problem, csv upload won't work, tried multiple times.
If unable to accept CSV upload, can turbo-tax provide a text-area for folks like me to paste the CSV file content.
I'm paying 250$+ for filing taxes using TurboTax, so a CSV upload is a very common feature to expect. 😕
