Suggestions for improving the user experience

Some features of TurboTax are remarkably inferior from a user experience standpoint and could easily be improved.  I would like to offer suggestions.  A phone number is not helpful for this sort of communication.     Evidently email is not available.  Is there an online form for such suggestions?  Anything other than old-fashioned snail mail to corporate HQ?  Seems like TurboTax would be interested in genuine suggestions for improving the user experience... but maybe this is just wishful thinking?
