If you are Married Filing Jointly, say NO to the question 'did you occupy the home with another person?' This refers to someone other than your spouse.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, go to FORMS and uncheck the Joint Occupancy box at the top of the form and try Efiling again.
If you're using TurboTax Online, in the interview, say NO to the Joint Occupancy question, clear your Cache and Cookies, and try Efiling again.
