The IRS usually accepts or rejects tax returns within 48 to 72 hours. When your return is in the pending status, your personal information is being checked o make sure it matches their records.
Once your tax return has been e-filed, and accepted, TurboTax doesn't have any other information about your refund. If you are referring to your federal refund, you can check your federal refund status here.
