When you say "Tried using her PIN from last year. No go" are you referring to the Turbo tax 5 digit pin or IRS IP PIN?
If you are referring to her Turbo tax Pin from last year, it should still work. With regards to the IRS IP PIN, this PIN is valid only for the tax year you previously filed for; for 2024 tax you need to create a new IRS IP PIN. Please follow the directions from the previous thread on how to obtain the IRS IP PIN and adding the IRS IP PIN filing in Turbotax.
