No. You do not need to report your foreign income for the period you were a nonresident. The 1040 NR is informational and it is submitted as a blank form since there is no taxable information to report. You would just fill in the heading and the rest of the return is blank. The 30% withholding tax is only for foreign income earned while you are a US resident, which begins on 8/01.
