There is no such bug. You are confusing a 401(k) with an IRA. A 401(k) is not an IRA. Nothing about your 401(k) contributions is to be entered under Deductions & Credits. Enter amounts shown in box 12 of your W-2 only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form, nowhere else in TurboTax.
