Where in my TurboTax account would I find a message sent to me by a TurboTax expert following a call we had on TurboTax Live?
After I completed a call with a TurboTax Live expert, I received an email that read: “Your expert just sent you a new message about your return. To check your messages and respond, sign in to your TurboTax account.”
I clicked on the link provided and logged into my account, but I don’t see any place to find or respond to messages.
