It said it would be fixed today(3/27/25), but it was still rejected. Thank you for your suggestion for form 5695. I deleted the joint worksheet and made sure the filing jointly box at the top of form 5695 was not checked(even though my 1040 is married filing joint). Checked that my energy credit was on form 5695 then resubmitted and it was successful! Your fix worked.
