I'm still doing damage control, trying to get my dealer to file form 15400. I realize I may have to go to paper submittal if I ever get a form 15400. Here's my current problem: I have seen two versions of Form 15400, one dated October 2023, another Jan 2024. They are very different. I bought my ev Jan 18, 2024. Which form is the correct one for the dealer. AND, if it's the January version, where can I get a blank form? All I can get from the IRS on-line is a sample form filled out!
Final question: are the dealers able to file these things on-line, and if so, where is that link??
