Did you have a TurboTax folder on your back-up drive? You can transfer in a PDF copy of your return. It doesn't capture as much information as the tax file does, but it does work. PDF vs .tax2023 files

You can get a transcript mailed to you if you are having trouble setting up the ID.me. From the linked page:
