I've never had to pay Oregon estimated. On this amended return I'm getting a refund. On the unamended return I owed.
there is a form OR-10 stating that I owe a large estimated tax amount and TurboTax attached and Annualized Income worksheet that makes no sense.
How do I resolve this?
