If you are using TurboTax Online
- From the Tax Home screen locate and select Deductions and Credits. Scroll down to +Add Tax Brakes.
- A menu will appear, locate the section for Estimates and other Taxes Paid. Click on add next to Estimated Tax Payments (this will add the section back to the main screen)
- Go back to the Tax Home screen and back to Deductions and credits. You will see the section added for Estimated Tax Payments. (click start)
If you are using TurboTax Desktop
- From the Main Screen select the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits.
- Scroll down until you see Estimates and Other Taxes Paid. Click start on “Estimates”
